Irregular hand-cut strips of styrene plastic are precisely constructed with overlaying into a curved kidney shape to create a three-dimensional form, balancing imperfection with precision.  A combination of flexible plastic strips and papery see-through cotton organdie creates light-diffusing effects and facilitates the three-dimensional form.

The Versatile strip can be transformed into diverse three-dimensional forms through user interaction. The flat piece can be manipulated and fixed using a simple changeable fixture. The idea of transformation came from the inspiration of the Mobius strip, and the concept of infinity within a structure.
